You get what you pay for!
As far as the delivery and the packaging went, it was great! Was scheduled to deliver between the 24th and the 30th, and got here on the 26th. The delivery man was very nice, and helped my husband bring it in the house (we live in an apartment on the second story).The box was a tad beat up, but the couch was completely undamaged. I also got the ottoman even though it's "sold separately." The assembly was fairly easy also; my husband and I put it together within a half an hour. As far as the couch itself goes... it's very small. I knew the dimensions before I ordered, but I only truly realized how small it was once it was put together in my living room. My fault, I'll admit. The back of the couch only comes up about halfway up my back when I'm sitting upright. Also,the arms of the couch only come up about an inch and a half -maybe two inches- above the couch cushions. I was planning on getting couch pillows, but there's really nothing to hold them up so it'd be pointless. My husband is...
